Pooja Pacific Partners helps not-for-profit organisations get genuine value from their technology, hold vendors accountable, and manage IT risk — with honest advice and no jargon.
Your IT provider sends monthly invoices, but you're never quite sure what you're paying for. You just know it feels like a lot.
You're paying for Microsoft 365 and other platforms, but your team barely uses them. Like a gym membership on the organisation's budget.
Data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance — you know they matter. You've just been hoping nothing goes wrong while you figure it out.
When IT decisions come up, you're relying on the very people who benefit from selling you more. You deserve advice from someone without a product to push.
Get real value from the tools you're already paying for. Most NFPs use less than 20% of their Microsoft 365 capabilities — I help you unlock the rest.
Every engagement starts the same way — a genuine conversation at no cost. From there, the partnership evolves with your needs.
We start with a conversation — not about technology, but about your organisation, your mission, and where things feel like they're not working. No jargon, no audit checklists. No cost, no commitment — just an honest look at whether I can help.
I look at what you already have — your tools, your vendor contracts, your security posture — and identify where you're overspending, underutilising, or exposed to risk.
You get clear, prioritised recommendations in plain language. Then I help you implement them — whether that's optimising your M365 suite, renegotiating vendor terms, or training your team. This cycle continues month to month, evolving as your needs do.
Every NFP is different. Choose the level of involvement that makes sense for you — and flex up or down as your needs change.
Scheduled advisory time each month — a consistent point of contact for technology questions, vendor queries, and keeping things on track.
Hands-on involvement in your technology decisions. Vendor oversight, M365 optimisation, compliance monitoring, and ongoing advisory.
More time, more depth. Strategic planning, project oversight, staff enablement, and active management across multiple priorities.
Near-embedded support — like having your own IT manager. Comprehensive technology leadership woven into your organisation's rhythm.
Flex when you need to. All tiers start with a three-month commitment — enough time to review, recommend, and start delivering real change. After that, scale up when demand increases or step back to your regular commitment. No long-term contracts, no penalties.
As a child, I was endlessly curious about how technology worked — how a text message could travel from my phone to my dad's phone felt like magic. That curiosity never left me.
I studied technology and business at top universities in India, earned specialised industry certifications, and built a career in IT — starting as a software developer building banking applications for global banks, then growing into managing teams and portfolios worth up to $30 million. My work was recognised with awards and a path to senior leadership.
But something was always missing. I wanted my skills to serve a purpose that makes real impact beyond profit.
My move to Australia gave me that chance. Life took me through different pathways, into the community services sector — and that's when everything clicked. Organisation after organisation, I saw the same pattern: passionate leaders doing incredible work but struggling with technology they didn't fully understand. Vendors who weren't challenged. Budgets quietly leaking to providers who weren't delivering real value.
These weren't leaders who lacked capability. Their focus belonged where it should — on their mission. They just needed someone they could trust on the technology side.
I realised I could be that person — bringing the right technology expertise to organisations doing meaningful work, so they can focus on what matters most.
That's why Pooja Pacific Partners exists. Looking back, it feels like I was destined to do this.
These aren't aspirations. They're commitments I make to every organisation I work with.
I'll never hide behind jargon. If I can't explain it simply, I haven't understood it well enough.
I don't sell products or take commissions from vendors. My only incentive is your success.
I'll always look at what you already have before recommending anything new. Your budget should serve your mission.
You'll always know what you're paying for and why. No surprises, no hidden fees.
I ask for a three-month minimum so I can deliver real outcomes. After that, you stay because the value speaks for itself.
Everything I do is designed around the realities of not-for-profit organisations — your budgets, your governance, your people.
No commitment, no sales pitch. Just a complimentary discussion about where things stand and whether I can help.
